How has your background in operations informed your role as Sales Manager?

I’ve learned how every detail and process in a company operates and how all these elements connect and impact each other. Understanding the operational cost/effort behind each decision has allowed me to approach sales more strategically, looking for the most profitable sales opportunities without neglecting operational efficiency.

What do you enjoy most about your role at GPI?

What I enjoy the most about my role at GPI is the exciting challenge it brings every day. I am constantly faced with new tasks and problems that need solving. This keeps me on my toes and ensures that there’s never a dull moment. I also enjoy collaborating with a team of talented individuals. Overall GPI offers a good balance of challenges and teamwork.

What’s the biggest factor that you think helps you be successful in your role?

I believe the biggest factor is my ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as our team.

How important is company culture, and how does GPI excel in this area?

Company culture is extremely important and plays a huge role in the success of any organization. A strong and positive culture leads to higher performance and lower turn over.

One thing that excites me is the increased utilization of data analytics and digital technologies. They will be used to improve safety as well as to reduce environmental impact.
