Responsibilities: * Answer phone calls * Field orders via telephone, email, fax and enter them into Petrolac in a timely manner * Generate quotes for customers and/or District Sales Reps * Answer customer inquiries and/or direct said inquiries to a member of the Sales Team * Process daily customer payments (applying check, credit card, and ACH payments) * Process daily delivery tickets/invoicing for both the Fort Wayne and Lebanon warehouses * Work with Purchasing to provide customers with product quotations, lead-times, and ETAs for non-stock items Goals/Objectives/Expectations of Customer Service Representative * Provide customers with a quality, professional, courteous customer service experience * Communicate effectively with other members of the GPI Team (Management, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, other Customer Service Reps) * Prioritize daily tasks for optimum efficiency * Problem-solve and troubleshoot various questions, concerns, issues brought forth by customers, other team members, and Sales Reps * Should have a positive attitude and be respectful of customers as well as fellow GPI Team Members * Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Schedule * Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, 1-hour lunch break * Punctuality is expected, however, CSR will not be penalized for occasional tardiness * If, for any reason, CSR is going to be late arriving to work and/or returning from lunch, CSR Team lead or a member of the Management Team must be notified
